We represent founders, startups and investors in venture financings and venture debt, from seed to Series A, B, C and beyond. We also negotiate cross-border M&A deals and help companies execute everything from due diligence to closing.

We advise on transactions to acquire, develop and sell new technologies, from AI and SaaS to hardware and data. These include SaaS and enterprise agreements, AI, data and IP licensing, distribution, joint ventures, IP acquisitions and sales.

Global Expansion

We help emerging companies launch and expand in new markets around the world. We advise on cross-border flips, including Delaware flips for non-US startups, group restructuring, employment, intellectual property, privacy and compliance.
